What types of custom patches can you make?

How do I order custom patches?

Start with the quote form. Upload your artwork and add the size, quantity and backing. Next, we reply with a quote. Then you approve a digital proof, and production starts only after that approval.

What file should I send for my patch design?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF give the cleanest result. However, a clear PNG or JPG also works. You can even send a sketch, and our team will help turn it into a design that stitches or molds well.

Which backing should I choose?

It depends on how you will use the patch. Sew-on is the most permanent. Iron-on is quick for cotton and polyester blends. Hook-and-loop suits uniforms and gear. Our patch backing guide compares every option.

What size should my custom patches be?
