Who We Are

Nation Patches makes custom patches for businesses, organizations and individuals across the United States. We work with clothing brands, police and fire departments, military units, motorcycle clubs, sports teams, schools and promotional companies.

Because we manufacture the patches ourselves, you talk directly to the people who make them. As a result, questions get answered faster and details don’t get lost between a reseller and a factory.

What We Make

Our range covers every major patch style. That includes custom embroidered patches, PVC patches, woven patches, chenille patches and leather hat patches. Each one can be finished with sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop or adhesive backing.

How We Work

Every order follows the same clear path. First, we review your artwork and quote the job. Next, you approve a digital proof. Then we produce and inspect your patches before they ship. You can see each stage on our manufacturing process page.

We also give honest advice. If a design will work better as a woven patch than an embroidered one, we’ll tell you. Likewise, if text is too small to read in thread, we’ll suggest a fix before production starts.
