Where We Ship

We ship custom patch orders to addresses across the United States. If you need delivery outside the US, mention it in your quote request and we will confirm the options.

Production and Delivery Time

Shipping starts after your patches are produced and inspected. Production begins only after you approve your digital proof. Most orders are delivered in about 7 days after proof approval, and larger quantities can take up to 10 days. Your quote confirms the expected timing for your order. If you have a deadline, tell us your in-hand date before you approve the proof.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown on your quote before you confirm the order. There are no hidden charges added later.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email the tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

If your order ships from outside the United States, import duties or taxes may apply. We will explain any expected charges and who pays them when we send your quote.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order details and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We can’t be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
